Learn to cook fish tacos with all homemade ingredients

Temple University Executive Chef Tim Morris oversees event catering across the Main Campus as well as the menu at the Diamond Club, but he takes some time away from his busy schedule to show us how to cook up fresh and delicious fish tacos, from scratch, in a new episode of Baker Dave Presents.

Chef Morris gives us expert advice in how to prepare fish tacos from top to bottom. He begins by describing how to select the freshest fish at the market by looking at its eyes and smelling under the gills. He then illustrates how to properly filet a striped bass, and even gives suggestions on what to do with the remaining fish scraps. Next, Chef Morris and Baker Dave continue by demonstrating how to make every other component from scratch, including the flour tortillas, the salsa, the jicama salad, and the guacamole.
